  • All content on this Website—including but not limited to text, original floral designs, sculptural arrangements, photography, graphics, logos, layouts, and digital downloads—is the exclusive intellectual property of Gontadou and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

    • You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial inspiration.

    • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any images or text from this Website for commercial purposes without explicit, prior written consent from us.

  • Any bookings, reservations, or inquiries made through this Website for private workshops, masterclasses, or creative experiences are subject to the following conditions:

    • Bookings: A booking is only confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from us.

    • Cancellations & Refunds:

      Cancellations (Up to 15 days prior to workshop): A 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% is retained to cover non-refundable venue commitments, administrative costs, and transaction fees.

      Cancellations (Within 15 days to workshop): Bookings are non-refundable.

      Group Adjustments: We are unable to offer partial refunds for individual cancellations within a group booking. You are welcome to invite a substitute, or make use of the additional materials provided for your party.

      Running Late?

      We understand that travel delays can happen; please contact us if you expect to be more than 10 minutes late.

      Arrivals 30+ minutes late: The workshop content may be adjusted or condensed to fit the remaining time.

      Arrivals 60+ minutes late: This will be treated as a “no-show.” To avoid disruption to the studio schedule, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

    • Conduct: We reserve the right to decline service or refuse workshop participation to anyone for conduct that violates studio safety or respect.

  • The material on this Website is provided for general informational and artistic purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the website will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Gontadou shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use, or inability to use, this Website.
