Exchanges & Returns Policy
Cancellations (Up to 7 days prior to workshop): A 70% refund will be issued. The remaining 30% is retained to cover non-refundable venue commitments, administrative costs, and transaction fees.

Cancellations (Within 7 days to workshop): Bookings are non-refundable. At this stage, fresh botanicals and materials have already been prepared specifically for your session.

Group Adjustments: We are unable to offer partial refunds for individual cancellations within a group booking. You may, however, invite a substitute or use the additional materials provided for your party.
